If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Substance Designer Clothing, you have 10 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.

Rules of Returns

When you return an item, we ask that it is returned in it's original packing with all labels. The item should not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way. Any item which fails to meet these rules may not be returned.

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange in their original condition within 10 days with proof of purchase.

Refunds

When we issue refunds, we refund the full amount of your order minus our postage costs, which is outlined in the Terms & Conditions
