Orders place before 4pm will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock. We try our best to ship orders placed after 4pm but we can't guarantee their postage till the next day.
All items being posted to UK addresses will be sent using Royal Mails First Class service for the cost of £1.95.
Orders to be delivered within Europe will be approximately £10 per order. Should your shipping costs be any higher we will contact you before placing your order as costs will be dependent on the country you wish the order to be delivered to.
Orders to be delivered outside the UK and Europe will be approximately £15 per order. Should your shipping costs be any higher we will contact you before placing your order as costs will be dependent on the country you wish the order to be delivered to.
All orders being shipped to UK addresses qualify for first class postage with Royal Mail. These packages usually arrive within 1 - 2 days but no guarantees are made by the Royal Mail. If you have not received your order within 2 days of it being placed and you have not received a phone call or email from Substance please call us on 01695 578808 with your order number and we will get to the bottom of any problems.
Please Note: Someone must be present at your address to sign for your package no matter which postage option you use, if you are not home when the package is delivered it will be taken to your local sorting office.
On Bank Holidays the Royal Mail is closed so no orders can be posted. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be posted the next working day. On Saturdays, orders placed after 12pm will not be processed till the following Monday. No orders are processed on a Sunday as the Royal Mail is closed.
